Refund Policy

Our products are instant digital downloads, so our policy follows the standard for digital goods — with a real commitment to fixing anything that goes wrong.

Digital downloads

All sales are final once files are downloaded, because templates can be copied the moment they're delivered. That said, if you hit a technical problem — a corrupted file, a missing document, a broken link — contact us and we'll fix it promptly. Bought the wrong item? Contact us before downloading and we'll swap it.

What refunds don't cover

We can't refund because an association chose not to adopt the documents, or because an attorney recommended revisions — revision is the expected workflow.
