These Terms govern your purchase and use of templates from HiHOA Docs. By buying or using this site, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

HiHOA Docs sells editable document templates and educational materials for Hawaii common-interest communities. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no purchase creates an attorney-client relationship. Templates are self-help tools; have a Hawaii-licensed attorney review your completed documents before your association adopts or records them.

2. License

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use the templates for one named association. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates themselves.

3. Payments, delivery, refunds

Payments and delivery are handled by Gumroad under its terms. Files are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Disclaimers & liability

Materials are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses from an association's adoption or recording of any document.

5. General

These Terms are governed by Hawaii law. We may update them prospectively by posting a revised version. Questions: see Contact.
